We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Freight Pallet Builder to join our dynamic team in Zug, Switzerland. In this hands-on role, you will be crucial in ensuring the safe and efficient preparation of goods for shipment, meticulously building and securing pallets according to precise specifications. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Accurately build and wrap pallets with various freight types, ensuring stability and safety for transport.
• Utilize hand tools, pallet jacks, and potentially forklifts (training provided if needed) to move and position freight.
• Verify product counts and ensure correct labeling and documentation for each pallet.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily shipping targets.
• Inspect pallets for damage and report any discrepancies or issues.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Team-oriented attitude with good communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus but not required).

• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment.
