Join our team at RWZ as an Onion Field Worker in Wetzlar, Hesse. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to work outdoors, contribute to the food supply chain, and gain valuable experience in agricultural production. We specifically welcome applicants who are proficient in English, as we believe in fostering a multicultural and supportive work environment. No prior experience is required, as we will provide comprehensive training to ensure your success. You will be an integral part of our crop cultivation process, from planting to harvesting, ensuring the highest quality onions reach our consumers.
Hauptverantwortlichkeiten
- Perform manual tasks related to onion cultivation, including planting, weeding, thinning, and harvesting.
- Operate basic farm equipment under supervision, adhering to safety guidelines.
- Monitor crop health and report any signs of disease, pests, or poor growth to supervisors.
- Assist with irrigation systems and general field maintenance.
- Sort, grade, and package harvested onions according to quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.

- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
