Are you an analytical and detail-oriented student looking to gain hands-on experience in procurement within a global leader? Nestlé, the world’s largest food and beverage company, is seeking a motivated Working Student to join our Procurement Analytics team in Interlaken. This is an excellent opportunity to apply your academic knowledge in a dynamic business environment, contributing to strategic purchasing decisions through data analysis and reporting. You will support our team in optimizing procurement processes, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and enhancing supplier performance.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Support data collection, cleansing, and analysis for procurement projects.
• Assist in generating regular reports and dashboards on key procurement metrics (e.g., spend analysis, savings tracking, supplier performance).
• Contribute to market research and supplier intelligence gathering.
• Help maintain and update procurement databases and systems.
• Collaborate with procurement managers to identify and implement process improvements.
• Prepare presentations and summaries of analytical findings for various stakeholders.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Currently enrolled as a student in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data manipulation).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems.
• Basic understanding of procurement processes or supply chain concepts.
• Previous internship or working student experience in an analytical role.
• Fluency in German or French is a plus.
