We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Boutique Sales Assistant to join our prestigious team in Weimar. This role is perfect for an individual with a passion for luxury fashion and a desire to deliver unparalleled service to our discerning clientele. You will be instrumental in creating memorable shopping experiences, building lasting customer relationships, and contributing to the success of our boutique.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Provide exceptional customer service, warmly greeting and assisting clients in the boutique.
• Develop strong product knowledge across all Louis Vuitton categories to confidently advise customers.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets by effectively presenting merchandise and closing sales.
• Maintain impeccable visual merchandising standards, ensuring the boutique is always beautifully presented.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system.
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving, ticketing, and organizing merchandise.
• Build and maintain a client book, fostering long-term relationships through personalized follow-up.
• Support the boutique management team with various operational tasks as needed.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including security and health & safety guidelines.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Minimum 1 year of experience in luxury retail or a customer-facing sales role.
• Fluent in German and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated passion for luxury brands and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-end retail environment.
• Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Professional demeanor and appearance.
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
