Stellenbeschreibung

We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Cardboard Baler Operator to join our recycling team in Langenthal. In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of cardboard baling machinery, processing a variety of cardboard and paper materials for recycling. This position requires strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced industrial environment. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, proactive, and keen to contribute to our sustainability goals. Fluency in English is required to ensure clear communication within our diverse team and adherence to safety protocols.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Operate and maintain cardboard baling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Sort and feed cardboard and paper materials into the baler.
• Monitor baler operations to ensure proper functioning and troubleshoot minor issues.
• Perform routine checks and cleaning of machinery.
• Ensure bales meet quality standards and are properly stacked and stored.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed, including loading and unloading materials.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Fluency in English (verbal and written).
• Ability to operate industrial machinery, or willingness to learn.
• Strong commitment to safety regulations and practices.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials (up to 25kg) and stand for extended periods.
• Attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
