Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Assist with the coordination and execution of international freight movements (air, ocean, road).
• Learn and apply customs regulations and international trade compliance procedures.
• Support the preparation of shipping documents, invoices, and other essential paperwork.
• Communicate effectively with carriers, agents, and clients to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
• Utilize logistics software and systems for tracking shipments, managing data, and generating reports.
• Actively participate in training sessions, workshops, and mentorship programs to develop industry-specific knowledge and skills.
• Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve operational issues, contributing to process improvements.
