Are you a highly analytical student eager to apply your skills in a real-world retail environment? Procter & Gamble is looking for a motivated Working Student in Retail Analytics to join our team in Carouge, Geneva. This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience with a global leader in consumer goods, contributing directly to business insights and strategies. No German language skills are required for this role.

As a Working Student in Retail Analytics, you will play a crucial role in supporting our analytics team. You will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, and analyzing various data sources related to retail sales, promotions, and market trends. Your insights will help drive business decisions and optimize strategies across our product categories. This hybrid role offers a blend of on-site collaboration and remote flexibility, allowing you to balance your studies with meaningful professional experience.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Collect and process large datasets related to retail sales, promotions, and market share from various sources.
• Conduct quantitative analysis to identify key performance drivers, market trends, and consumer behavior patterns.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or Tableau to visualize data effectively.
• Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and brand teams to understand specific business questions and provide data-driven answers and recommendations.
• Support ad-hoc analytical requests and contribute to special projects aimed at improving our analytical capabilities.
• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across all reports and analyses.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization features.
• Ability to interpret complex data, identify meaningful trends, and present findings clearly and concisely.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, suitable for an international work environment.
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a closely related quantitative field.
• Eligibility to work in Switzerland (e.g., student visa allowing part-time work).

• Basic experience with SQL for data querying and manipulation.
