We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Greenhouse Worker to join our innovative indoor farming facility in Lugano. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals passionate about horticulture, sustainable agriculture, and precision growing techniques. You will play a crucial role in the daily operations of our state-of-the-art hydroponic and vertical farming systems, ensuring the health and productivity of our crops. This is an on-site role requiring hands-on work in a controlled environment.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Perform daily tasks such as planting, pruning, harvesting, and packaging various crops.
• Monitor plant health, identify pests or diseases, and report findings to supervisors.
• Prepare growing media and nutrient solutions according to established protocols.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the greenhouse environment.
• Operate and maintain greenhouse equipment, including irrigation systems and climate controls.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and quality control standards.
• Contribute to data collection and record-keeping for crop cycles and yields.

• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail.
• Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift up to 20kg regularly.
