We are seeking enthusiastic and hardworking individuals to join our team as Hop Harvesting Assistants for the upcoming seasonal harvest in Bremerhaven. This temporary role is ideal for those who enjoy working outdoors, are physically fit, and wish to contribute to the vital first stage of beer production. As a Hop Harvesting Assistant, you will be an integral part of our field team, responsible for various tasks related to the manual and semi-manual collection of hops, ensuring a successful and efficient harvest. No prior experience is necessary; we provide comprehensive training and a supportive environment for all our seasonal employees.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Assisting with the manual picking and collection of hop cones from vines.
• Operating and monitoring harvesting machinery under supervision.
• Sorting and preparing harvested hops for further processing.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment in the fields and processing areas.
• Following all safety protocols and guidelines diligently.
• Working effectively as part of a team to meet daily harvesting targets.
• Performing general farm labor as required during the harvest season.

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain).
• Strong work ethic and reliability.

• Legal eligibility to work in Germany.
