We are seeking a detail-oriented and meticulous Golf Club Grip Installer to join our service team in Krems an der Donau. In this role, you will be responsible for expertly installing and replacing golf club grips, ensuring the highest quality standards and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent manual dexterity, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English is required for communication with our diverse clientele and team members.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Efficiently remove old golf club grips without damaging shafts.
• Thoroughly clean club shafts in preparation for new grip application.
• Apply new grips with precision and consistency, ensuring proper alignment and adhesion.
• Inspect finished clubs for quality, ensuring grips are secure and meet company standards.
• Manage and maintain inventory of grip supplies, reordering as needed.
• Assist customers with grip selection and provide recommendations based on their needs and playing style.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
• Adhere to all company policies and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth workshop operations.
