This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of operations within a leading technology company. You will contribute to optimizing processes, improving efficiency, and supporting critical projects. You will work alongside experienced professionals, learning best practices in manufacturing, supply chain, and project management.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Assist in the analysis of operational data to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
• Support the implementation of new operational processes and tools.
• Contribute to supply chain management activities, including inventory control and logistics coordination.
• Participate in project planning and execution, helping to monitor timelines and deliverables.
• Prepare reports and presentations on operational performance and project status.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and quality assurance.
• Document standard operating procedures and best practices.
• Conduct research and analysis on industry trends and operational benchmarks.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Previous internship or project experience in a manufacturing or logistics environment.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Understanding of supply chain concepts.
