We are seeking dedicated and reliable Asparagus Field Workers to join our team for the upcoming harvest season in Darmstadt, Germany. This is a physically demanding role performed outdoors, primarily involving the careful harvesting, sorting, and preparation of asparagus. No prior experience is necessary, as full training will be provided. The ideal candidate will be a motivated individual with a strong work ethic, able to follow instructions, and comfortable working in various weather conditions. English communication skills are essential for team coordination and safety.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Perform manual harvesting of asparagus spears according to quality standards and specific instructions.
• Carefully clean, sort, and bundle harvested asparagus for packaging.
• Assist with planting, weeding, and general field maintenance tasks.
• Operate basic agricultural tools and equipment under supervision.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area in the fields and packing sheds.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
