Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Efficiently restock shelves, displays, and storage areas with merchandise.
• Ensure products are correctly priced and rotated according to expiry dates (FIFO principle).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe backroom and sales floor.
• Assist with receiving and unloading deliveries, verifying accuracy of shipments.
• Monitor stock levels and communicate inventory needs to management.
• Help customers locate products and provide friendly assistance when needed.
• Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Ability to lift and move heavy merchandise regularly (up to 25 kg).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Reliability and punctuality.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Basic communication skills in German (or willingness to learn).
