We are seeking a dedicated and physically fit Fertilizer Bagging Operative to join our production team in Offenbach am Main. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for the efficient and safe bagging of various fertilizer products, ensuring quality control and adherence to production schedules. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a vital industry. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Operate bagging machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures.
• Monitor the bagging process to ensure accurate weights and proper sealing of bags.
• Perform quality checks on bagged products, including visual inspections and sample collection.
• Load bags onto pallets, either manually or using palletizing equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety and hygiene protocols.
• Assist with inventory management, including counting and stacking finished goods.
• Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or quality issues to the supervisor.
• Follow all company policies and procedures, especially those related to health and safety.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy bags (up to 25kg) regularly.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions effectively.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
• Basic English communication skills (no German required).
• Reliability and punctuality.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment.
• Experience operating bagging or packaging machinery.
• Forklift operator certification is a plus but not mandatory.
