We are seeking an experienced and visionary Software Architect to join our dynamic team in Nyon, Switzerland. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Define and evangelize architectural best practices, design patterns, and coding standards across development teams.
• Lead the design and implementation of complex software systems, ensuring scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with product management, engineering teams, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and architectural blueprints.
• Conduct architectural reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior and mid-level engineers.
• Research and evaluate new technologies, tools, and methodologies to enhance our software development lifecycle and product offerings.
• Drive innovation and contribute to the technical roadmap of our core platforms.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal security policies.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in an Architect role.
• Deep expertise in enterprise software architecture, including microservices, distributed systems, cloud-native principles, and API design.
• Proficiency in multiple programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#, Go) and relevant frameworks.
• Extensive experience with cloud platforms (e.g., OCI, AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong understanding of database technologies (SQL, NoSQL) and data modeling.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal, for effective international collaboration.
