We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Fire Safety Engineer to join our team in Erfurt. This critical role involves ensuring the highest standards of fire prevention and compliance across various projects. You will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and auditing fire safety systems, contributing directly to the safety and success of our clients‘ operations. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of national and international fire safety regulations, excellent analytical skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Develop and review fire safety strategies and solutions for a diverse range of building projects.
• Conduct fire risk assessments and provide expert recommendations for mitigation measures.
• Ensure all designs and implementations comply with relevant national and international fire safety codes and standards (e.g., DIN, EN, VdS, NFPA).
• Prepare and present detailed fire safety reports, calculations, and specifications.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, project managers, and regulatory authorities to integrate fire safety measures effectively.
• Oversee the testing and commissioning of fire protection systems.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams and clients.
• Stay abreast of new fire safety technologies, regulations, and best practices.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Bachelor's degree in Fire Safety Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in fire safety engineering or fire protection consultancy.
• Profound knowledge of German (DIN, VdS) and European (EN) fire safety regulations.
• Experience with fire modeling software (e.g., FDS, PyroSim) and CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English and German.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

• Master's degree in Fire Safety Engineering.
• Professional certifications (e.g., Certified Fire Protection Specialist – CFPS).
• Experience with international fire codes and standards (e.g., NFPA).
