We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mortgage Advisor to join our dynamic team, specializing in serving international clients. In this crucial role, you will provide expert advice and comprehensive mortgage solutions to non-resident and expatriate clients, helping them navigate the complexities of property financing in Germany. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Advise international clients on suitable mortgage products and financing options for properties in Germany.
• Conduct thorough financial assessments and eligibility checks for clients, considering their unique international circumstances.
• Prepare and present detailed mortgage proposals, explaining terms, conditions, and payment structures clearly.
• Guide clients through the entire mortgage application process, from initial inquiry to final disbursement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and new mortgage products relevant to international clients.
• Ensure compliance with all internal policies and external regulatory requirements.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in mortgage advisory or a related financial services role.
• Demonstrated experience working with international clients or a strong understanding of their unique financial needs.
• Excellent knowledge of the German mortgage market, products, and lending criteria.
• Proficiency in German and English (both written and spoken) is essential; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
