We are seeking a talented and motivated Hybrid Behavioral Economics Analyst to join our innovative team in Rümlang, Switzerland. This role is crucial for applying insights from behavioral economics to enhance decision-making across various business units, particularly in areas concerning client engagement, product design, and risk management. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical background, excellent communication skills in English, and a passion for understanding human behavior in financial contexts. You will work on projects that blend quantitative analysis with qualitative insights, contributing to strategies that are both empirically sound and practically implementable. This is a hybrid role, requiring a balance of on-site collaboration and remote work.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Conduct empirical research and experiments to understand client behavior and decision-making processes.
• Apply behavioral economics principles to design and evaluate new products, services, and communication strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and risk management, to integrate behavioral insights.
• Analyze large datasets using statistical software (e.g., R, Python, Stata) to identify behavioral patterns and test hypotheses.
• Prepare clear and concise reports, presentations, and recommendations for various stakeholders, including senior management.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in behavioral economics, psychology, and related fields to continuously inform our approaches.
