We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Part-Time Warehouse Inventory Checker to join our team in Grindelwald. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of our inventory records, contributing directly to the efficiency of our supply chain and customer satisfaction. You will perform regular stock counts, verify incoming and outgoing goods, and identify any discrepancies. This position is ideal for individuals who are organized, meticulous, and capable of working independently within a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Perform accurate cycle counts and physical inventories of warehouse stock.
• Reconcile inventory discrepancies and investigate root causes of errors.
• Verify the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments against invoices and purchase orders.
• Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to update inventory records.
• Report damaged or missing goods to the appropriate supervisors.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff and management to optimize inventory processes.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic computer proficiency for data entry and system navigation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift (up to 20kg), and bend for extended periods.
• Reliable and punctual work ethic.
