Are you a highly organized individual with a passion for people and a desire to kickstart your career in Human Resources? Hofer is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Onboarding Coordinator to join our HR team in Zell am See. This entry-level role is perfect for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in HR, specifically focusing on creating an exceptional first impression and smooth transition for our new employees. You will play a crucial role in ensuring new hires feel welcomed, informed, and ready to contribute from day one.
Hauptverantwortlichkeiten
- Coordinate and schedule all aspects of the new hire onboarding process, including pre-employment checks and orientation sessions.
- Prepare and distribute onboarding materials, welcome packs, and essential documentation to new employees.
- Act as the primary point of contact for new hires during their initial weeks, addressing questions and providing support.
- Ensure all necessary HR forms and paperwork are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update employee records in our HR information system with meticulous attention to detail.
- Collaborate with various departments to facilitate a seamless integration for new team members.
- Assist in organizing and conducting initial training sessions and company orientation programs.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our onboarding procedures and new hire experience.
- Support the wider HR team with administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
Erforderliche Fähigkeiten
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
- Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and positive attitude with a strong customer service orientation.
- Discretion and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bevorzugte Qualifikationen
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior administrative or office support experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with HR information systems (HRIS) is an advantage.
