We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Working Student to join our Procurement Analytics team in Leopoldstadt, Vienna. This is an excellent opportunity for a student to gain hands-on experience in a global technology company, supporting the optimization of our procurement processes through data-driven insights. You will work closely with our experienced procurement professionals, contributing to critical projects and developing your analytical skills.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Support the collection, cleansing, and analysis of procurement-related data from various sources.
• Assist in the preparation of regular reports, dashboards, and presentations for procurement stakeholders.
• Contribute to identifying trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization within the procurement landscape.
• Help in the development and maintenance of procurement analytics tools and templates.
• Collaborate with different procurement teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
• Perform ad-hoc data analysis and research tasks as required by the team.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Data Science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and data accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data manipulation).
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, as the working language is English.
• Basic understanding of procurement processes, supply chain management concepts, or business analytics.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced international environment.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Prior internship or working student experience in a data-driven role.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis or programming languages (e.g., Python, R) for data analysis.
• Fluency in German is an advantage.
