Stellenbeschreibung

We are seeking enthusiastic and hardworking individuals to join our team as Grape Harvesters for the upcoming season in the beautiful Wachau Valley. This is a temporary, on-site position vital to the success of our annual wine production. No prior German language skills are required – we welcome international applicants eager to contribute to our harvest. You will be responsible for the careful manual picking of grapes, ensuring the highest quality standards for our award-winning wines.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Carefully hand-pick grapes according to quality standards and specific instructions.
• Work efficiently and diligently to meet daily harvesting targets.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment in the vineyards.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines.
• Work effectively as part of a team in various weather conditions.
• Assist with other vineyard tasks as needed during the harvest period.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Physical fitness and stamina to perform repetitive tasks, including bending, lifting, and walking on uneven terrain.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions (sun, rain, heat).
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
• No German language skills required.

• Previous experience in agricultural work, particularly grape harvesting or fruit picking.
