Stellenbeschreibung

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Renewable Energy Engineer to join our Green Tech team in Eisenstadt. In this role, you will be instrumental in the planning, design, implementation, and optimization of renewable energy projects, with a strong focus on solar, wind, and potentially small-scale hydro applications within the Burgenland region. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest technical standards. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments for new renewable energy projects.
• Design and optimize renewable energy systems (solar PV, wind turbines, small hydro) using relevant software tools.
• Prepare technical specifications, project proposals, and detailed engineering drawings.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources from conception to completion.
• Oversee the installation, commissioning, and testing of renewable energy systems.
• Perform system performance monitoring, analysis, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with permitting authorities, contractors, and other external stakeholders.
• Stay updated with emerging renewable energy technologies and market trends.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Bachelor's degree in Renewable Energy Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in renewable energy project development or engineering.
• Proficiency in renewable energy design software (e.g., PVSyst, WindPRO, AutoCAD).
• Strong understanding of electrical grids, power systems, and energy storage solutions.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
• Experience with project financing and economic modeling for renewable energy projects.
• Knowledge of Austrian energy policies and regulations.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP).
• Experience with SCADA systems and remote monitoring platforms for energy assets.
