We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Agricultural Field Hands to join our farming operations in Forchtenstein, Burgenland, Austria. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to gain experience in agriculture, with no prior German language skills required. As a Field Hand, you will play a crucial role in various aspects of crop cultivation and farm maintenance, working outdoors and contributing directly to the success of our harvests. We value hard work, reliability, and a willingness to learn. Full training will be provided.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Perform general farm duties, including planting, weeding, harvesting, and irrigating crops.
• Assist with the operation and maintenance of farm machinery and equipment under supervision.
• Prepare fields for planting and ensure optimal growing conditions.
• Monitor crop health and report any issues to the farm supervisor.
• Participate in the packaging and preparation of harvested produce for market.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of farm buildings and premises.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and techniques.
• Reliability and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of English for communication with supervisors (no German required).
• Legal eligibility to work in Austria.
