Stellenbeschreibung

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Representative to join our dynamic team, focusing on the DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) region. Based in our Gland, Switzerland office, this role is crucial for expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth within key enterprise sectors. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to close, and building strong, lasting relationships with clients. While based in Switzerland, your primary focus will be on the broader DACH market, requiring strong communication skills and a deep understanding of B2B sales processes. This is an English-speaking role, critical for our international team, though German language skills are highly advantageous for engaging with clients in the region.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the DACH region through strategic prospecting and lead generation.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing deals.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, accurately forecasting sales and achieving quarterly and annual targets.
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in CRM.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments in the DACH region.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the software or IT industry.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, for international team collaboration and client communication.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, SAP CRM).

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Fluency in German (oral and written) is highly preferred for client engagement in the DACH market.
  • Familiarity with the enterprise software landscape and key industry challenges.
