We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst to join our team on a remote contract basis. This role is crucial for extracting insights from complex datasets, supporting strategic decision-making, and optimizing business operations across various departments. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, proficiency in data manipulation and visualization tools, and excellent communication skills to translate technical findings into actionable business recommendations. You will work independently to drive data-driven initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and accuracy.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to present key findings to stakeholders.
• Design and implement data models to support reporting and analytical needs.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis to answer specific business questions and support strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate with data engineers, business intelligence specialists, and other teams to ensure data quality and availability.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and data optimization.
• Present complex analytical results clearly and concisely to non-technical audiences.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging data analysis technologies.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
• Strong experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik Sense).
• Expertise in Excel for data analysis and modeling.
• Solid understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling principles.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate complex data insights effectively in English, both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
