Join EF Education First as a Summer Camp Counselor in Munich and make a lasting impact on young learners! We are seeking enthusiastic and responsible English native speakers to guide and inspire students aged 10-17 during our exciting summer language programs. This role involves supervising students, organizing engaging activities, facilitating cultural exchange, and ensuring a safe and memorable experience for all participants. If you have a passion for working with youth, a love for international environments, and excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you!

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of students during all camp activities and excursions.
• Lead and facilitate a variety of recreational, educational, and cultural activities.
• Encourage student participation in all aspects of the camp program.
• Act as a mentor and positive role model for students from diverse backgrounds.
• Assist with student arrivals and departures, including airport transfers if required.
• Respond promptly and effectively to student inquiries and concerns.
• Maintain a positive, energetic, and supportive atmosphere throughout the camp.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operation of the camp program.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Native English speaker proficiency.
• Demonstrated experience working with children or teenagers (e.g., teaching, coaching, mentoring).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Enthusiasm, creativity, and a proactive attitude.
• Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain before camp starts).

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Prior experience as a camp counselor or youth group leader.
• Basic proficiency in German or another foreign language.
• Experience living or studying abroad.
• Lifeguard certification.
• Background in education, recreation, or related fields.
