Join our dedicated warehouse team at Migros as a Cardboard Baler Operator. This vital role ensures the efficient processing and recycling of cardboard and other waste materials, contributing to our sustainability goals and maintaining an organized and safe warehouse environment. You will be responsible for operating baling machinery, managing waste streams, and supporting general warehouse operations.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Operate and maintain cardboard baling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Sort and compact various recyclable materials, primarily cardboard.
• Monitor baler performance, identify and report any mechanical issues.
• Ensure all baled materials are properly stored and prepared for collection.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed, including loading and unloading.
• Adhere to company waste management and recycling policies.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Ability to operate machinery safely and effectively.
• Physical stamina and strength to lift and move materials (up to 25 kg).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Basic understanding of warehouse operations.
• Reliability and punctuality.

• Previous experience operating baling equipment or similar machinery.
• Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain).
