Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Manually pull carrots from the ground under varying weather conditions.
• Assist with sorting, cleaning, and bundling harvested carrots.
• Transport harvested crops to designated collection points in the field.
• Operate basic farm equipment under supervision (e.g., wheelbarrows, hand tools).
• Maintain a clean and organized work area during harvest operations.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines diligently.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily harvest targets.
