Stellenbeschreibung

We are seeking enthusiastic and hardworking individuals to join our team as Coriander Harvest Workers for the upcoming season. This is a temporary, on-site position in the beautiful Kufstein region of Tyrol, Austria. No prior experience is necessary, and importantly, no German language skills are required. You will be responsible for the careful harvesting, sorting, and packing of fresh coriander, ensuring it meets our quality standards. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Carefully harvest coriander by hand, ensuring minimal damage to the plants.
• Sort harvested coriander, removing any debris, weeds, or damaged leaves.
• Pack coriander into designated containers or bundles according to established guidelines.
• Transport harvested produce from the fields to the packing area.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
• Work efficiently as part of a team to meet daily harvest targets.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Physical fitness and stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions (sun, rain, heat).
• Attention to detail to ensure quality harvesting and sorting.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
