Stellenbeschreibung
Agrana is seeking motivated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Corn Field Workers for the upcoming agricultural season. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and contributing to essential food production. No prior experience is necessary; we provide on-the-job training. We specifically welcome applicants who speak English, as communication support will be provided for our international team members. Join us in cultivating the future!
Hauptverantwortlichkeiten
- Perform various tasks related to corn cultivation, including planting, weeding, and harvesting.
- Operate basic farm machinery and equipment under supervision (training provided).
- Monitor crop health and identify potential issues like pests or diseases.
- Assist with irrigation and soil maintenance.
- Follow safety protocols and company guidelines at all times.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Erforderliche Fähigkeiten
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and bending.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Basic proficiency in English (for communication with supervisors and team).
