We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Data Analyst to join our International Tech Team. In this role, you will be instrumental in transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive business decisions across our global operations. You will work with various stakeholders, leverage advanced analytical tools, and contribute to the development of data-driven strategies. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten
- Collect, process, and perform statistical analysis of large datasets from various sources.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to provide actionable business recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, engineering, marketing) to define data requirements and analytical projects.
- Design and implement data models to improve data quality and accessibility.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of data analysis processes and tools.
Erforderliche Fähigkeiten
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik Sense).
- Solid understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling principles.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate complex data insights effectively to non-technical audiences.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Bevorzugte Qualifikationen
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis.
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience working in an international or multinational environment.
- Knowledge of German is a plus.
