We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic team at Zahnklinik Linz Mitte. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to delivering comprehensive oral hygiene care, educating patients on preventative techniques, and collaborating effectively with our dentists and support staff. This role is crucial in maintaining our high standards of patient care and ensuring a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Perform dental prophylaxis, scaling, and root planing procedures.
• Conduct thorough oral health assessments, including periodontal charting and risk assessments.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques, dietary habits, and preventative care strategies.
• Apply fluoride and sealants as appropriate.
• Take and develop dental radiographs.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
• Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment.
• Collaborate with dentists to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Assist in managing dental emergencies and providing patient comfort.
• Stay current with best practices in dental hygiene and continuing education.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Licensed Dental Hygienist in Austria (or eligible for licensure)
• Proficiency in dental prophylaxis, scaling, and root planing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong patient education abilities
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Knowledge of dental software and digital imaging

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• At least 2 years of experience in a dental practice setting
• Familiarity with modern dental technologies and equipment
• Experience with periodontal therapy and advanced hygiene procedures
• Proficiency in German language
