We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced English Speaking Health Economics Specialist to join our dynamic team in Oberpullendorf, Austria. This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility to work both from our office and remotely. As a Health Economics Specialist, you will play a crucial role in generating and communicating robust health economic evidence to support market access, pricing, and reimbursement strategies for our innovative product portfolio. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including medical affairs, market access, and commercial, to ensure the value of our medicines is effectively demonstrated to stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in health economics, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Lead the development and execution of health economic models (e.g., cost-effectiveness, budget impact) to support market access submissions and value communication.
• Conduct systematic literature reviews and meta-analyses to identify relevant clinical and economic evidence.
• Prepare health economic sections of reimbursement dossiers and engage with health technology assessment (HTA) bodies.
• Provide expert health economic input to clinical development programs, ensuring relevant endpoints are captured.
• Collaborate with local and global teams to align on evidence generation plans and disseminate findings.
• Contribute to publications, abstracts, and presentations at scientific conferences.
• Stay abreast of changes in health economic methodologies, HTA requirements, and healthcare policy landscapes.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Master's or PhD degree in Health Economics, Economics, Public Health, Epidemiology, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in health economics, market access, or outcomes research, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry or a consultancy setting.
• Proficiency in developing and adapting health economic models (e.g., Excel, R, TreeAge).
• Demonstrated experience in systematic literature reviews and critical appraisal of evidence.
• Strong understanding of HTA processes and requirements in major European markets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, matrix environment.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Experience with real-world evidence (RWE) studies and big data analytics.
• Familiarity with the Austrian healthcare system and local reimbursement processes.
• Proficiency in German is a plus, but not required.
• Track record of peer-reviewed publications and conference presentations.
