Join our dynamic team at Randstad as an English Speaking Talent Sourcer with a hybrid work setup in Liesing, Vienna. We are seeking a proactive and skilled individual to identify, engage, and attract top talent for our diverse client portfolio across various industries. This role requires exceptional communication skills in English and a strategic mindset to understand client needs and market trends. As a Talent Sourcer, you will be instrumental in building robust talent pipelines for critical roles, leveraging various sourcing tools and strategies to identify passive candidates, conduct initial outreach, and build relationships with potential candidates.
Hauptverantwortlichkeiten
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand specific hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, and internal databases, to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate qualifications, interest, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive candidates for current and future openings.
- Develop engaging outreach messages to attract top talent.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Stay informed of industry trends, talent market dynamics, and best practices in sourcing.
- Collaborate with the broader recruitment team to continuously improve sourcing processes and candidate experience.
Erforderliche Fähigkeiten
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, at a professional working level.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or a related field.
- Proven experience with various sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, X-ray search).
- Strong research and analytical skills to identify and evaluate candidate profiles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Bevorzugte Qualifikationen
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience working in a global or multicultural recruitment environment.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Workday, Greenhouse, or Taleo.
- Knowledge of the Austrian job market.
- Additional language skills (e.g., German).
