Stellenbeschreibung
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Factory Production Assistant to join our manufacturing team in Lucerne. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong English communication skills who are eager to contribute to a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Hauptverantwortlichkeiten
- Assist in various stages of the production process, including assembly, testing, and packaging of components.
- Operate and maintain production machinery and equipment in accordance with safety guidelines.
- Monitor production lines for issues, quality defects, and perform basic troubleshooting.
- Ensure all products meet specified quality standards and complete necessary documentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to 5S principles.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve production targets.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
Erforderliche Fähigkeiten
- Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work effectively in a team.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Basic mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20kg.
- Punctuality and reliability.

- Previous experience in a manufacturing or factory setting (e.g., assembly, production line).
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles (e.g., 5S).
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and record keeping.
