We are seeking a diligent and skilled Handyman / Maintenance Worker to join our team in Vienna, specifically serving properties within the Ottakring district. This vital role involves performing a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure our properties are safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing. The ideal candidate will be proficient in various trades, possess excellent problem-solving skills, and be able to communicate effectively in English. You will be responsible for both routine upkeep and responding to urgent repair requests, contributing significantly to the comfort and satisfaction of our property occupants.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks across various properties, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.
• Conduct routine inspections of buildings, equipment, and grounds to identify and resolve maintenance issues proactively.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and property managers, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
• Install, repair, and maintain fixtures, appliances, and other building systems.
• Assist with minor renovations and property improvement projects.
• Manage and organize maintenance supplies and tools, ensuring proper inventory and storage.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all work performed.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and material usage.
• Communicate effectively with property managers, tenants, and external contractors.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar maintenance role.
• Proficiency in basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repair work.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent physical condition and strength to perform manual tasks.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Valid driver's license.
