Roche is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Healthcare Admin Intern to join our remote team. This is an exceptional opportunity for an aspiring professional to gain hands-on experience in the administrative operations of a leading global healthcare company. The intern will provide essential support to various departments, ensuring smooth daily operations and contributing to projects that impact patient care. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to various teams, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing correspondence.
- Assist with data entry, maintenance of databases, and organization of digital files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Facilitate internal and external communications, including drafting emails and organizing virtual meetings.
- Research and compile information as needed for projects and administrative tasks.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the administrative functions.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality.
- Collaborate effectively with team members across different time zones in a remote setting.
