Stellenbeschreibung

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hybrid 5G Network Planner to join our dynamic Mobile Networks team in Sindelfingen. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, design, and optimization of our 5G mobile network infrastructure. You will work on expanding our reach, improving performance, and integrating new technologies to ensure a seamless and high-quality user experience. This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility to work both from our modern office in Sindelfingen and remotely.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Develop detailed 5G network plans, including site selection, capacity planning, and coverage optimization.
• Design and implement 5G radio access network (RAN) solutions, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Perform network simulations and utilize planning tools to predict network performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including deployment, operations, and product development, to ensure successful project execution.
• Analyze network performance data and subscriber feedback to drive continuous optimization and enhance customer experience.
• Evaluate new technologies and vendor solutions to enhance 5G network capabilities and efficiency.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations for various stakeholders.
• Support the resolution of complex network issues and provide expert guidance to field teams.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Proven experience in mobile network planning and optimization (2G/3G/4G/5G).
• Strong understanding of 5G architecture, protocols, and deployment strategies.
• Proficiency in network planning tools (e.g., Atoll, Planet, Forsk RF-Design).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English and German (written and spoken).
• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Telecommunications or a related technical discipline.
• Experience with cloud-native 5G core network elements.
• Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python) for automation and data analysis.
• Certifications in mobile network technologies (e.g., 5G NR, LTE Advanced).
