In this role, you will work with leading clients across various industries, helping them navigate complex digital landscapes, define strategic roadmaps, and implement innovative solutions that reshape their businesses. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Lead and participate in digital transformation projects, from strategy definition to implementation.
• Analyze client business processes and identify opportunities for digital optimization and innovation.
• Develop comprehensive digital strategies, roadmaps, and business cases for clients.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams (technology, analytics, design) to deliver integrated solutions.
• Conduct market research and stay updated on emerging digital trends and technologies.
• Facilitate workshops and presentations with clients to gather requirements and present solutions.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices for digital adoption and change management.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital transformation, management consulting, or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing digital strategies.
• Strong understanding of digital technologies such as AI, cloud computing, IoT, and analytics.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential for international client engagements.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing office presence with remote work.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Master's degree or MBA.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and design thinking principles.
• Familiarity with specific industry verticals (e.g., manufacturing, financial services, public sector).
• Proficiency in German is a plus, but not required.
• Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or digital technologies.
