We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hybrid Digital Transformation Consultant to join our IT Strategy team in Interlaken. In this pivotal role, you will work with a diverse portfolio of clients to design and implement cutting-edge digital transformation strategies. You will be responsible for translating business needs into actionable IT strategies, guiding clients through complex technology landscapes, and fostering innovation. This role offers the unique opportunity to blend strategic thinking with practical implementation, driving significant impact for leading organizations across various industries.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Lead and contribute to digital transformation projects, focusing on IT strategy, enterprise architecture, cloud adoption, and emerging technologies.
• Conduct thorough assessments of client's current IT landscape, capabilities, and business objectives to identify transformation opportunities.
• Develop comprehensive IT strategies and roadmaps that align with business goals and drive sustainable growth.
• Provide expert guidance on technology selection, vendor management, and implementation approaches.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical architects, data scientists, and change management specialists.
• Facilitate workshops and presentations for client stakeholders, articulating complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and competitive landscapes to provide informed recommendations.
• Contribute to practice development, thought leadership, and knowledge sharing within the consulting team.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Minimum 4 years of experience in IT consulting or IT strategy roles.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and agile methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing on-site client engagement with remote work.
• Fluency in English and German is highly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Certifications in ITIL, TOGAF, SAFe, or cloud platforms.
• Experience in specific industries such as Financial Services, Public Service, or Life Sciences.
• Proven track record of managing and delivering complex IT projects.
