We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Hybrid Esports Team Operations Manager to join our growing esports division in Vienna. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day operations of our esports teams, managing logistics, schedules, and player welfare. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong understanding of the competitive gaming landscape. You will act as a central point of contact, coordinating various aspects from travel arrangements to equipment procurement, and fostering a professional and supportive environment for our athletes.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Manage the daily operational logistics for Red Bull esports teams, including travel, accommodation, and event participation.
• Coordinate team schedules, practice sessions, content creation, and media appearances.
• Oversee team budgets, expense tracking, and procurement of necessary equipment and services.
• Act as the primary liaison between players, coaching staff, Red Bull management, and external partners.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant league rules, regulations, and Red Bull brand guidelines.
• Support player welfare, mental health, and personal development initiatives.
• Organize and facilitate team meetings, workshops, and performance reviews.
• Contribute to the strategic planning and growth of Red Bull's esports presence.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in operations, project management, or team management, preferably within the esports or sports industry.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal, as primary communication will be in English.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex logistics, budgets, and schedules.
• Strong organizational skills with an exceptional eye for detail.
• Proficiency with project management tools and standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working with diverse personalities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a hybrid team, adapting to changing priorities.
