We are seeking an experienced and passionate Hybrid Mobile Games Producer to join our dynamic team in Düsseldorf. In this crucial role, you will be instrumental in guiding the development of exciting new mobile game titles, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality, innovation, and player engagement. You will bridge the gap between creative vision and technical execution, managing timelines, budgets, and resources effectively. This is a hybrid role, requiring a balance of on-site collaboration and remote work to foster a strong team environment while offering flexibility.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Oversee the full development lifecycle of mobile game projects from concept to live operations.
• Define and maintain project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Create and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams, including design, art, engineering, and QA.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing challenges.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality game features and updates.
• Conduct regular stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospective meetings.
• Champion player experience and product quality throughout the development process.
• Report on project status, progress, and performance to leadership.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Proven experience as a Producer or Project Manager in the mobile games industry.
• Strong understanding of mobile game development processes and methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Bevorzugte Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Game Design, Business).
• Experience with live operations and game as a service (GaaS) models.
• Knowledge of mobile platform ecosystems (iOS, Android) and app store submission processes.
