We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Hybrid Pharmacology Researcher to join our dynamic research team in Yverdon-les-Bains. This role offers the unique opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge pharmaceutical research, leveraging both in-vitro and in-vivo models to drive the discovery and development of novel therapeutic agents. The successful candidate will be instrumental in designing, executing, and interpreting complex pharmacological studies, with a focus on translating scientific findings into potential clinical applications. This hybrid role allows for a blend of on-site laboratory work and remote data analysis/reporting, fostering a flexible and productive work environment within our innovative research hub.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Design and execute in-vitro and in-vivo pharmacological experiments to evaluate the efficacy, potency, and mechanism of action of drug candidates.
• Analyze and interpret complex experimental data, utilizing statistical software and presenting findings clearly to multidisciplinary teams.
• Develop and validate new assay methodologies and experimental models relevant to therapeutic areas of interest.
• Maintain meticulous laboratory records, protocols, and databases in accordance with regulatory guidelines and company standards.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues from various disciplines, including medicinal chemistry, biology, and toxicology.
• Prepare comprehensive technical reports, summaries, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Stay abreast of scientific literature and emerging technologies in pharmacology and related fields to inform research strategies.
• Contribute to the drafting of scientific publications and patent applications.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• PhD or Master's degree in Pharmacology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in pharmaceutical research, preferably in an industry setting.
• Proficiency in designing, conducting, and interpreting in-vitro pharmacological assays (e.g., cell-based assays, enzyme assays).
• Experience with in-vivo experimental models and a strong understanding of pharmacodynamics and pharmacokinetics.
• Excellent data analysis skills, including statistical analysis and scientific reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced research environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Experience with a variety of therapeutic areas, such as oncology, neuroscience, or immunology.
• Familiarity with laboratory automation and high-throughput screening technologies.
• Experience with bioinformatics tools and software for data visualization and analysis.

• Proficiency in French is a plus, given the location.
