Join PwC as a Hybrid Sustainability Consultant in Bremerhaven and play a crucial role in advising our diverse client base on their sustainability journeys. This position offers a unique opportunity to blend your expertise in environmental, social, and governance (ESG) factors with practical business solutions. You will work closely with clients to develop and implement sustainability strategies, enhance reporting, and navigate the evolving regulatory landscape. This hybrid role combines on-site client engagement and team collaboration with flexible remote work, offering a dynamic environment for professional growth and impact.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Lead and support client engagements focused on sustainability strategy, ESG reporting, and sustainable finance.
• Conduct materiality assessments, risk analyses, and develop bespoke sustainability frameworks.
• Advise clients on compliance with national and international sustainability regulations (e.g., EU Taxonomy, CSRD).
• Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and workshops for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability considerations into broader business strategies.
• Stay abreast of emerging sustainability trends, innovations, and best practices.
• Contribute to business development activities, including proposal writing and client relationship management.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sustainability consulting, corporate sustainability, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of ESG principles, frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB, TCFD), and reporting standards.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing sustainability strategies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, for international client engagements.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid model, balancing on-site collaboration and remote work.
• Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
