We are seeking a passionate and experienced Hybrid Web3 Community Lead to drive engagement, foster growth, and build a vibrant community around our innovative decentralized technology initiatives. This role is crucial for connecting with developers, users, and enthusiasts, ensuring our Web3 projects gain traction and support. You will be instrumental in translating complex technical concepts into accessible narratives, managing online and offline community interactions, and shaping the strategic direction of our community efforts. This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility of remote work blended with regular collaboration at our Villingen-Schwenningen office.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Develop and execute a comprehensive community strategy for our Web3 projects, aligning with overall business objectives.
• Engage with the community across various platforms (Discord, Telegram, Twitter, forums, meetups) to foster a positive and active environment.
• Organize and lead online events (AMAs, workshops, webinars) and support offline meetups and conferences.
• Create compelling content including announcements, educational materials, and thought leadership pieces for various community channels.
• Monitor community sentiment, gather feedback, and relay insights to product and development teams to inform future iterations.
• Identify and empower community moderators and key contributors to scale engagement.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and engineering teams to ensure consistent messaging and successful project launches.
• Analyze community growth metrics and report on key performance indicators.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and developments in the Web3 space.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Proven experience (3+ years) in community management, preferably within the Web3, blockchain, or decentralized technology space.
• Deep understanding of Web3 concepts, blockchain technology, and cryptocurrency ecosystems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with community engagement tools (Discord, Telegram, Twitter, Discourse, etc.).
• Ability to create engaging content that simplifies complex technical topics.
• Demonstrated ability to build and nurture online communities from the ground up or scale existing ones.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience with developer relations or technical content creation.
• Familiarity with various blockchain protocols and decentralized applications (dApps).
