Are you a passionate advocate for Web3, with a knack for fostering vibrant online communities? Bitpanda is seeking a Hybrid Web3 Community Lead to grow and engage our English-speaking community, particularly around new and emerging Web3 initiatives. You will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and managing community engagement efforts across various platforms, acting as the voice of Bitpanda within the Web3 ecosystem. This is a unique opportunity to shape the narrative and drive adoption of cutting-edge blockchain technologies in a leading European FinTech company.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Develop and execute a comprehensive community engagement strategy for Bitpanda's Web3 initiatives, targeting English-speaking audiences.
• Actively manage and moderate various online platforms (e.g., Discord, Telegram, Twitter, Reddit) to foster a positive and informative environment.
• Create compelling content (e.g., announcements, FAQs, educational materials) tailored for Web3 community consumption.
• Organize and host online events, AMAs (Ask Me Anything), and discussions to drive engagement and educate the community.
• Gather community feedback, insights, and sentiment, reporting key findings to product and marketing teams.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and support teams to ensure consistent messaging and community satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging Web3 technologies to identify opportunities for community growth and innovation.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Proven experience in community management, specifically within the Web3, crypto, or blockchain space.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts simply.
• Deep understanding of various blockchain protocols, DeFi, NFTs, DAOs, and the broader Web3 landscape.
• Proficiency with community platforms such as Discord, Telegram, Twitter, and Reddit.
• Strong analytical skills to track community metrics and derive actionable insights.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a hybrid team (part on-site in Graz, part remote).

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Experience working at a FinTech or a regulated financial institution.
