We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Immigration Consultant to join our team in Osnabrück. In this role, you will be instrumental in providing expert visa and immigration support services to our diverse client base. You will manage complex immigration cases, advise clients on visa requirements, prepare and review applications, and ensure compliance with German and international immigration laws. Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Provide comprehensive advice to clients on German and EU immigration laws, policies, and procedures.
• Manage a portfolio of immigration cases, from initial consultation to final visa issuance.
• Prepare, review, and submit various visa and immigration applications (e.g., work permits, residence permits, Blue Cards) to relevant authorities.
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
• Liaise with government agencies, embassies, and consulates.
• Ensure all applications are compliant with current immigration legislation and internal quality standards.
• Conduct research on evolving immigration policies and communicate changes to clients and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case management records.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in immigration consulting or a related legal field.
• Strong knowledge of German immigration law and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in both German and English (written and verbal).
• Proven ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and case management software.
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Political Science, International Relations, or a related field.
