Hauptverantwortlichkeiten
- Answer incoming calls from customers regarding product inquiries, service issues, and general support.
- Provide accurate and helpful information, resolving customer concerns efficiently and empathetically.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior agents or specialized departments when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Continuously learn about new products, services, and system updates through ongoing training.

- Excellent verbal communication skills in German and English.

- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
