Are you a passionate and aspiring music producer looking to gain hands-on experience in a leading music company? Universal Music GmbH is offering an exciting internship opportunity for an English-speaking individual to join our production team in Munich. This internship is designed for individuals eager to learn the intricacies of music production, from initial concept to final master. You will work closely with experienced producers, artists, and engineers, contributing to real-world projects and gaining invaluable industry insights. This role requires a strong understanding of music theory, a keen ear for detail, and proficiency in English to collaborate effectively within our international team and with global artists.

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten

• Assist senior producers with recording sessions, mixing, and mastering processes.
• Organize and maintain audio files, project assets, and studio equipment.
• Support in pre-production tasks, including demo preparation and sound design.
• Research and identify emerging music trends, artists, and production techniques.
• Help manage studio schedules and logistics for various projects.
• Provide administrative support to the production team as needed.
• Actively participate in creative brainstorming sessions and project discussions.

Erforderliche Fähigkeiten

• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Basic knowledge of digital audio workstations (DAWs) like Logic Pro X, Ableton Live, or Pro Tools.
• Fundamental understanding of music theory, harmony, and rhythm.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
• High level of enthusiasm and a strong desire to learn about music production.

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a music production, audio engineering, or related program.
